This completely new product is pure Calf rennet paste and especially suitable for the production of cow milk cheese. Our customers confirm spicier and tastier maturation flavours - even after short maturation. In longer maturation the texture of the cheese remains or becomes more elastic and more fatty.
Even low fat cheeses have been produced successfully with this Dolce rennet paste.
